1. Advertisers may not cancel or make changes in the ads after the closing dates of publication.
2. The Publisher's liability for errors in advertising will not exceed the cost of the space occupied by the error.
3. Payments are due on the 30th day following the accounts statement date.
4. Fifteen percent (15%) agency commission will be allowed to accredited advertising agencies.
5. Prepayment is required to political advertisers, out of state clients, shows and concert producers and promoters, going out of business advertisers, and psychic readers.
